Shipping Availability

Dakuda currently ships only to addresses within the United States.

Free Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders delivered within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Handling / Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

Transit Time: 4–5 business days.

Shipping Days: Monday through Friday.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5–7 business days, including processing and transit.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier operations, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS or DHL Express. The carrier is selected based on the destination, package size, order requirements, and available service.

For expedited shipping or specific delivery requirements, Dakuda may select the carrier best suited for the destination.

Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order or backordered products, the order may be shipped once all items become available.

If you would like available items shipped separately, we recommend placing separate orders. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Insurance

Eligible shipments are sent with shipping insurance when available.

Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery depending on the order value, destination, or carrier requirements.

If your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible so we can assist with the carrier's claims process.

Please report any shipping-related issues within three (3) business days after the carrier's recorded delivery date.

PO Box Deliveries

Some shipping services may not be available for PO Box addresses. When necessary, we may use an alternative carrier that can deliver to PO Boxes.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order must be reshipped because an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.

Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, when available.

You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery timeframe, shipping dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, or other events beyond our control may occur.
